Mm1919 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mm1919 ("Platform", "We", "mm1919.ws"). This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of all services offered by the mm1919 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, slots, poker, blackjack, and all related support services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mm1919 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of this agreement.

These Terms are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the primary reference.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the mm1919 platform and register as a member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is separate individuals registering for your own personal use, and not on behalf of anyone else.
• Not currently listed on any gambling exclusion register maintained by a Malaysian statutory body.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where use of the mm1919 platform is prohibited under local law.
• Hold a valid payment method in Malaysia — including a local bank account, Malaysian eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay), or DuitNow.

Mm1919 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an account until verification is completed. Falsifying age or identity information is a serious breach and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Registration & Account Management

Registering an mm1919 account is straightforward and free. However, there are a few important conditions you must meet:

• One account per individual: Each person may only hold one (1) active account on mm1919 at any time. Duplicate accounts will be frozen and all balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Account verification: mm1919 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) via a copy of your MyKad or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Accounts are non-transferable: An mm1919 account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Mm1919 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Mm1919 is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from issues on the part of the bank or eWallet provider.
• Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). mm1919 does not accept or process foreign currencies.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Eligible players may withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to FPX bank accounts take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Identity verification: Withdrawal requests exceeding RM2,000 may require additional KYC verification before processing.
• Same method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in your own name.
• Bonus wagering requirements: Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Daily withdrawal limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM20,000. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Mm1919 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements of between 20x and 40x, depending on the bonus type. Please review the specific bonus terms before accepting any offer.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, while blackjack and poker may only contribute 10%–20%.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: mm1919 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse or betting strategies identified as attempts to exploit our promotions.

Mm1919 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of misuse.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the mm1919 platform — including slots, blackjack, poker, Live Casino, Malaysian Super League and EPL football betting, cricket, badminton, lottery, and e-sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are final and binding once the round has been completed and recorded by mm1919's servers.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay — such as internet disconnection or server issues — will be resolved in accordance with mm1919's separately established technical policy.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any prohibited card counting tools is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are as displayed within the game interface.
• Mm1919 reserves the right to void any round or bet that occurs as a result of an obvious technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player.

8 Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm1919 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Use of any software, bots, or automated scripts to play or place bets.
• Owning or using multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Collusion between players to cheat others, particularly at poker or blackjack tables.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities within the mm1919 system.
• Identity fraud or the use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering or any other financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Disclosing or selling account information to third parties.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for deceptive purposes.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mm1919 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mm1919 support team. In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, mm1919 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances where wagering requirements have not been met. Original deposit funds (excluding bonuses) will be refunded at mm1919's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

10 mm1919 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mm1919 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond mm1919's control.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user themselves.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their password.

Mm1919's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Mm1919 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Cool-off period: An option to temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: An option to permanently close your account for players who feel they need to stop altogether.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Mm1919 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notifications or email, but it is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of online platforms.
• Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Mm1919's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
